THE FARMSTEAD is located on Maple Road, in the Town of Clay.  This 213 home community is conveniently located being less than 1.5 miles from the "Route 31 shopping and entertainment corridor." (Great Northern Mall).  THE FARMSTEAD is located in the North Syracuse Central School District and is in very close proximity to Town of Clay Parks and Recreational areas.

 

Sections I - V of THE FARMSTEAD have been completed.  THE FARMSTEAD was the site of the 2014 Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Central New York PARADE of  HOMES in June of 2014.
